The Claims Administration Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of claims assistants and for providing prompt and efficient handling of a variety of technical and administrative support services to adjusters and telephone claims reporting while maintaining data quality and service levels.
The Claims Administration Supervisor will supervise claims processing and clerical services, They will be responsible for daily workflow and resource management in the servicing of new and existing claims. They will assess staff training and recommendations for training opportunities.

You’re great at:
- Leadership
- Customer Service
- Planning and organizing
You have:
- Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the property and casualty industry
- 2-3 years’ experience in team supervision..
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office components
- Actively pursuing CIP designation an asset.
