Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to perform the duties of a Staff Cook as outlined in the job description.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 required (Employees hired prior to September 2004 exempt)
  • Journeyman’s Papers or applicants with Section A or Block 1 cooking course and a commitment to work toward Journeyman’s Papers.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (lifting, bending, walking, standing)
  • Serv Safe Advanced course required
  • One (1) year hospital food experience required
  • Good attendance and work record

Hours of Work

Long assignment, Part-time; 45 hours bi-weekly

Approximately 12 months

Salary Information

$20.36 – $23.14 hourly
