About This Opportunity

Reporting directly Director of Western Canada Sales, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse and highly engaged Team of Account Executives through sales reports, sourcing of promotional items, invoicing, budgeting, IT troubleshooting as well as direct marketing expenditures. Throughout the year, your involvement and planning of employee and customer engagement activities and community outreach programs will support and deliver our mission, vision and values to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing and Buyer responsibilities (Generating Purchase Requisitions, tracking Purchase Orders, Receiving orders)
  • Budget Tracking and planning
  • Creating and sourcing branded promotional items with various suppliers
  • Generating reports and building team scorecards
  • Coordination of Team and Customer events
  • Inputting of pricing and program summaries
  • Managing direct marketing expenses on a timing manner with Account Executives
  • Coordinating administrative aspects of meetings including preparing agendas, presentations, and organizing calendar invitations
  • Provide support to others with IT troubleshooting and other company programs and processes
  • Other tasks as required (Travel & Expense, managing courier accounts, day to day office tasks)

Qualifications

  • A completed high school diploma (or equivalent) and post-secondary certification or degree relative to Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and other applications such as SharePoint, Teams and OneNote
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal), must be able to liase and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization

ASSETS

  • Working knowledge of relevant software (ex. SAP, Salient, Power BI) is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Business Purchasing and Accounts Payable
  • Self-motivated and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently under deadlines, and prioritize workload
