The CSR will source grain as well as promote Crop Input sales from producers.     Your day-to-day activities will include:Prospecting and new business developmentFostering and developing customer relationshipsProcure grain from producersContributing to the success of the Crop Inputs businessAssist in Operations and Administrative duties as required in order to meet customer needsCollaborating with other business areas and departments, as required The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:Post-secondary in Ag related program or minimum two years’ experience in Ag retail business;Minimum 2 years experience  in dealing with agricultural producers at increasing levels of responsibility, contracting grain and selling crop inputs;Highly developed sales and customer service skills with the ability to execute on plans and deliver maximum revenue potential;Thorough knowledge of the crops in the area along with experience in providing modern, effective crop protection solutions for the producer;P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset;Valid driver’s license. We thank all applicants, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.  P&H is committed to building a skilled and diverse workforce that is reflective of Canadian society.  As a result, Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is in compliance with the Employment Equity Act.
