Job Description & Summary Customer and prospect entity data management is critical for PwC to manage relationships with customers/vendors and enables us to protect our brand and reputation by allowing us to make good decisions on who we work with. The Data Quality & EMS (Entity data Management Services) – Reviewer will assist with overseeing the third party (clients, suppliers, JBR’s et-al) entity level data management, in line with the Global network processes. The successful candidate must be able to act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to develop a centralized data quality function.

What you’ll create and do
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for request validation and research activities
Ensure client entity-level data updates are made correctly and visible to all impacted parties, and review outputs from analyst team(s)
Conducts conversations with Approvers, other consulted parties
Utilize future state guidance from PwC Global, to assist in identification and development of strategy/framework for entity level data cleanup and ongoing maintenance, and quality monitoring and controlsLiaison with multiple key internal stakeholder groups to assess current processes, pain points and address by updating protocol for future state (new) team
Understand and management of all data entry points into various systems and the integrations between them
Assist the Team Lead and Manager in developing and executing training plan for team members to be equipped with know-how on interconnected client data flows, data management processes and related systems
Assist in management of ongoing operations, including access provisioning and onboarding/off-boarding of team members and resolution of pain points
Assist the Team Lead/Manager in organization related resource management, budget and reporting, including the monitoring of the work pipeline with the off-shore teams
Review / improve KPIs and compliance metrics to optimize data quality and integrity
What you’ll bring to this role

Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in client/supplier entity setup, management and administration role
College diploma with a focus in Business Administration
Data Analytics, DBMS, and other related certifications (preferred)
Understanding of basic principles/processes of Data governance, Data quality, Risks, reviews
Clearly communicates efficiently and professionally to peers and managers. Obtain or provide written or verbal clarification. Occasionally require to produce standardized reports
Work with the Team Lead/Manager to setup key processes and protocols for team to follow and upskill team members
Anticipate issues and resolution protocol
This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of data quality management and data quality assurance related processes.
May require to provide guidance to coworkers and other team members coaching and mentoring, on an ongoing basis
Excellent discretion when dealing with sensitive information. Ability to negotiate and influence effectively

Ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple priorities and flexibility to adapt to changing demands and deadlines are essential
