Take your ambitions to the next level

You will become a key player in our global service offering to project teams that request our anonymization or data generation services. You will contribute to the development of scripts for anonymization, extractions, reloading, and data generation. You will participate in the support during production runs, and then work on the automation of manual/repetitive tasks. You will ensure that the rules and standards issued by the security and compliance teams are followed throughout the process.

You will advise and support team members, clients, projects and partners in various important mandates related to data privacy standards. You will contribute to the resolution of complex issues. There will be frequent overlaps between colleagues/businesses in Agile mode, so a good team spirit and openness to collaboration will be paramount.

• Design and develop masking solutions in accordance with current standards and processes;
• Manage source codes and directories;
• Develop automation scripts;
• Support the implementation team throughout the delivery of the solution;
• Work as a team to develop common goals and evolve existing processes/roles (developer/work follow-up);
• Execute, implement, and optimize data processing during extraction, transformation, and loading activities;
• Update activities in tracking tools and ensure documentation for future reference;
• Act as a resource person in your field with your unit, dedicated customers, and partners.

• Demonstrated experience:

• in the use of data anonymization processes and tools;
• in the processing and use of DB – DB2 type (asset: other type of DBMS);
• in the automation of manual processes;
• with Windows tools: DotNet and PowerShell;
• in the banking field (asset).
• Knowledge of:

• of database management systems (DB2) and scripted programming, such as PowerShell (extensive);
• data modelling principles;
• various data storage mechanisms;
• Web APIs;
• CA-TDM software or other data anonymization tools (asset);
• notions in system capacity/performance and disk space management;
• Java programming;
• schedulers (e.g., Control-M, AutoSys).
• Strong analytical and investigative skills in complex environments;
• Ability to quickly assimilate new tools and processes;
• Ability to work in Agile/SAFe mode (Scrumban, Jira/Confluence tools);
• Mastery of DB2 and IMS-Central software (asset);
• Curious with good analytical skills;
• Customer oriented and good written and oral communication skills;
• Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
