Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. Reporting Responsibilities
The Director, Administration (Strata) reports to the EVP, Management Services
The following roles report directly to the Director, Administration (Strata):

  • Community Coordinator
  • Administrative Clerk
  • Community Office Specialist

Position Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Director, Administration (Strata) at Tribe are: * Responsible for improving corporate performance, by optimizing and managing the business process of the company

  • Oversee the company’s strata client administrative systems, processes and procedures, used to complete operational responsibilities by identifying, creating, evaluating, and recommending business processes in order to improve organization performance.
  • Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management and present progress reports and integrate feedback.
  • Highlight inconsistencies and determine and outline business process improvements thereby participating in problem solving.
  • Guide and supervise personnel who were assigned specific tasks; provide leadership, supervision and direction for assigned administrative teams
  • Apply problem solving skills as needed when working with the unexpected aspects of the strata administrative function
  • Foster ongoing positive working relationships with cross functional teams to assist with problem solving; identifying opportunities for improved support and collaborate on projects as required
  • Together with Human Resources, create and amend as necessary, administrative department staffing plans and succession planning opportunities.
  • Conduct orientation and training for all strata administrative support employees
  • Ensure internal policies and procedures relating to strata administrative responsibilities are adopted and adhered to across the administrative function
  • Ensure legislative, compliance and regulatory needs and requirements are met

Advance to a top candidate:

  • Previous Strata and/or Rental experience
  • Software application experience with ZenDesk, Condo Manager, Yardi or Zoho
