Job Overview

Job title: Director of Canada Integrated Administration Management Department

Job description: ·Oversee other administration functions in the Canada Office including HR, IT, Admin and Finance on policy and procedure management and day-to-day operations;

·Collaborate and work proactively with the Management team to ensure HR policies and procedures complied with local legislations and aligned strategy with corporate head office;

·Work proactively with the Management team at head office (ShenZhen, China) to maintain and optimize effective corporate structures, reporting lines, department workflow and internal communication platforms;

·Manage and optimize hiring strategy and recruitment process of salaried and hourly employees in various departments;

·Oversee and manage the day-to-day administration of Human Resource including attendance management, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee retention and engagement, compensation and benefits, etc.;

·Establish structured performance management system, coach and advice managers and business leaders on performance review cycles.

·Develop the Canada talent strategy and build up talent development and retention systems.

Requirements
·5+ years’ progressive experience in Management;

·Able to present complex workflow and collaborate with multiple teams oversea

·Strong communication skills in both Chinese Mandarin and English;

·Work experience in IT, software, marketing and design fields;

·High-level of strategic thinking and attention to details when performing tasks;

·Excellent leadership skills with a warm heart caring for others;

·Able to adapt to fast-pace work environment.

·Ability to cope with time zone differences with ShenZhen, China and Burnaby, BC

·Understanding or previous work experience in a Chinese owned company is an asset
