Description
The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for preparing and dispensing liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to casino guests in accordance with liquor regulations and guidelines as well as internal policies and procedures. Also responsible for serving food and beverage items to guests in the casino food and lounge service areas, processing payments, describing menu items, and ensuring cleanliness of assigned area. This position reports to the Operational Shift Manager and is supervised by the Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor.
