Boston Pizza, located at 4501 50th Avenue South, Fort Nelson, BC, V0C 1R0, is looking for 1 Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

The Food Service Supervisor will perform the following duties:
· Provide supervision, task coordination, and support to the staff.
· Prepare staff’s weekly schedules
· May assist management with the screening of new applicants when needed.
· Ensure that food preparation meets the restaurant’s quality standards
· Maintain records of stock, equipment condition, and sales.
· Make sure that equipment is handled safely.
· Resolve-work related problems and grievances.
· Promote customer satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service to our customers.
· Implement health and safety standards.

These are the skills required for the job:
· Secondary school is an asset
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation or service, or Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related discipline is required.
· May require working evening, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to communicate well in English with customers and co-workers.
· Must be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast pace environment.

Wages are $16.00 per hour for 40 hrs/week
