Under the supervision of the General Manager, your role will be to plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the reception to meet the needs and expectations of the customers and to ensure the efficiency of the service, the respect of methods of work and standards of the establishment.

Job description:

  • Manage the human resources of reception and reservations departments.
  • Organize, direct and control reception and reservation activities to meet the needs and expectations of the clientele.
  • Ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness of the service.
  • Prepare billing for the group clientele.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service delivery, manage and process complaints as appropriate.
  • Track and respond to customer service.
  • Train new employees at reception and reservations.
  • Prepare employee work schedules
  • Occasionally perform all tasks that front desk attendants perform
  • Compile department hours to better control labor costs.
