As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll welcome guests, and assist them in the best way possible to ensure they have the best Listel Hotel experience! Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Legally permitted to work in Canada
• Available for work during daytime/evenings/weekends
• Physical mobility and stamina (must be able to lift 25 kg, stand for 8+ hours at a time, etc)
• Professional attitude, delivery, and appearance
• Fluent in written and verbal comprehension and delivery in English
• Ability to follow instructions & work independently
• Ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail
• Engaged interest in resort events, activities, retail and food & beverage
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Second Language is an asset

• Salary/Wage: competitive hourly wage (starting from $18 per hour) plus benefits
