Job description: General:
The Pinnacle Hotel Whistler, a unique boutique style property, is seeking for Overnight Night Audit agent who will serve as an ambassador for the Hotel. The individual must be a multi-functional individual who is driven to always exceed our guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities:
· Provide courteous, prompt, professional and attentive guest service at all times whilst on the desk.
· Cashiering duties including posting charges, handling an individual cash float, debit, credit cards and billing settlements.
· Complete in detail of all duties assigned on the Night Audit’s Checklist.
· Answer and direct the multi-line telephone console calls in a professional and consistent manner responding to any inquiries.
· Assist the front desk with reservations, handling calls, registration, check-ins and departures.
- Conduct night security patrols and ensure they are being conducted on a regular basis.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirement:
- Minimum one year working in a hotel environment in a hospitality related industry in a front office type position
- Self motivated, responsible, organized and task oriented
- Must be able to work overnight alone from 11:00pm to 7:00am
- Fluent in English. Proficiency of a second language would be an asset
- Must have own accommodation
Physical Requirement:
- Pulling over 20 lbs, bending, standing, reaching and kneeling
- Carrying & Lifting over 20 lbs
- Salary/Wage: Hourly
