Job title: Hotel Shuttle Driver

Job description: We are looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our hotel family at the dual-branded University hotel in Saskatoon, as we take on the mission to provide exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Your main responsibility will be safely transporting guests to and from the hotel. You will also help welcome our guests by assisting the front office team in creating an inviting lobby experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
Drive guests to and from the hotel to their specified destination in our shuttle
Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary
Assist in light cleaning duties and keeping the front entrance area looking its best
Snow removal during winter months, brushing off vehicles, and shoveling sidewalks
Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines
Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
Perform other duties as assigned including concierge services, special guest requests, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a valid Drivers license and clean driver abstract
High school diploma/Secondary qualification or equivalent
Competent communication skills must speak fluent English
Ability to lift and transport luggage upwards of 50 lbs
Interpersonal skills, professional and polite
Ability to work a flexible schedule (shifts may vary from 6:00 a.m. start to midnight, including weekends)
