Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room.

What you will be doing: * Being a team player in assisting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requests
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Respond timely to guests requests for miscellaneous items
• Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closets
• Clean all areas of the hotel as required
• Shampoo spot cleaning and general maintenance
• Participate in renovation projects as needed
• Follow departemental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include: * Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an asset

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Excellenet communication and organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Highly responsible and relaible
• Must have a good command of the english language
