Job title: HR Support & Administration
Job description: Duties:
Prepare and verify payroll for hourly employees.
Participate in the recruitment process for the factory.
Participate in the integration of new employees.
Participate in the pay equity exercise for unionized employees.
Contribute to the administrative process for the management of disabilities and employment injuries.
Prepare and update various reports.
Filing employee files.
Any other related task for the HR department.
Skills:
DEC in administration/human resources management/industrial relations or a related field.
Have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position (unionized environment, an asset).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files while meeting deadlines.
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel advanced level).
French-English bilingualism, spoken and written.

The sense of autonomy, initiative and proactivity.
Oriented towards customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Education:
DEC in administration/human resources management/industrial relations or a related field.
