On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Lead Agile Change Management Specialist – Financial Services/Business Banking.
Lead Agile Change Management Specialist – Financial Services/Business Banking – Job Description
- Change lead will be working in specific Journey that is about cash flow, helping clients manage their daily funds (payments, receivables, working capital)
- Will be building the content for the writers to go to field
- Role: Change lead will be operating within the team with a number of Agile squads and ceremonies
- Change lead will take CM right from how to go to market, how to adopt changes and imbed/sustain engagement changes
- They will look at both client and employee impacts, represent the voice of the Advisor to promote the solution to their clients, help plan for the co-development session and adhere to change/impacts
- When go to market, put together the full change management plan, including developing resources, training, test/learn pilots and then from go to the market on who is using it, how using it and what help the Advisors may need
- Adoption once go to market is really key here
- Collaborate with agile team to coordinate change activities in the context of a specific journey, develop change management plans to support the adoption and use of new capabilities across all impacted stakeholder, work closely with partners to address impacts to key roles act as change agents to encourage and monitor adoption of the new solutions, and develop plans to embed and sustain engagement of new solutions
Lead Agile Change Management Specialist – Financial Services/Business Banking – Mandatory Skills
- Deep Change Management experience in an Agile environment is a must
- Softer skills – collaboration, tactical evaluation, problem solving, working with senior stakeholders
- Strong asset for person to have Financial Services background, specifically Business banking background, role is all about Digital enablement
- Senior level Change Management background, 7-10 years experience
- Strong asset for person to have Financial Services background, specifically Business banking background, role is all about Digital enablement
- Must have experience working with Agile and business agility tools and methodology
- Experience with Agile ways of working and in particular the impact to change implementation support (e.g., manage backlog, track impediments, quick iterations)
- Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience leading and executing large scale cross-functional transformational change strategy and execution activities with ability to cover end-to-end change management (Go-to-market to adoption of capabilities to embed & sustain)
- Ability to influence across the organization is critical
- Microsoft Office suite of products
- Jira/Confluence
Lead Agile Change Management Specialist – Financial Services/Business Banking – Nice to Have Skills
- Prosci Designation is a nice to have
- Experience leading a cross functional change implementation team preferred
