Business Analyst, Knowledge Management (Managed Services)

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support, complete operational tasks, and assist peers with problem-solving and escalation
- Support ongoing client departmental operations and environment
- Work collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technology, and support existing technologies
- Document processes, procedures and provide weekly status updates to management
- Maintain vendor relationships, and assist operations department with vendor escalation and issue resolution
- Facilitate meetings, as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with / ability to:
- Generate and manage detailed project plans
- Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports per customer and management requirements
- Document application problems and enhancement opportunities
- Create documentation (job aids, SOP’s, user guides, etc.)
- Proficiently use Microsoft tools including Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, and SharePoint Portal
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional team relationship management skills and the ability to interface seamlessly with peers as well as management
- Ability to run an effective meeting, including both technical and non-technical attendees
- Must possess leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations
- Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees
- Must have basic working knowledge of compliance and audits
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support customer’s global presence
