Responsibilities

  • Develop and prioritize plans designed to address issues within their branch and work on sales strategies to grow the

revenues

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Work with clients and suppliers in regards to price negotiations to maximize gross profit dollars
  • Work with internal team in regards to customer feedback, pricing, products, etc.
  • Assisting with counter personnel, as well as purchasing coordinator on any inventory concerns
  • Maintaining records on potential clients, sales-related activities, etc
  • Remaining up to date in regards to products, pricing, sales objectives, etc.
  • Attract, hire, develop, motivate and retain outstanding employees; create a culture of high performance
  • Know and understand all our system functionalities

Qualifications

  • Mandatory to be fluent in French and English
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Considered an asset if you have 1+ years of experience in the rental, building supplies, or machinery industry
  • Strong personality, looking to build a career
  • Strong customer service orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized and sound judgment.
