You will lead the group responsible for contracts administration as part of ST&O’s commercial management of our integrated business model and the optimization of our hydrocarbon value chain. You will be a part of our centre of expertise on commodity markets and will lead the team managing the contracts that enable us to buy and sell our various commodities to our many customers.

Minimum Requirements:

Five years of contract administration experience in the oil and energy industry, preferably within the supply and trading area

Experience with people management

A Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities:

Lead your team in their general contract administration duties, including customer and legal signoff, execution, assignments, force majeure notices and terminations for ST&O across all locations

Set strategic objectives with your team

Negotiate complex master agreements for crude, refined products, natural gas and power, and by-products

Support your team in their negotiations of transportation contracts, broker contracts, power agreements, and service agreements

Location and other Key Details:

You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
