Job Description
What will you do?
- Oversee all areas of Client Services outsourced to the vendor, including Enterprise Billing, Core Life, Living Benefits, High Net Worth and the Service Center
- Develop and lead action plans to drive improved performance results based on Supplier quality review outcomes
- Initiate and evaluate Change Requests in relation to the vendor processes
- Act as key contact for exception handling and Exceptional Reinstatements
- Manage escalations and act as client complaint liaison between Supplier and RBC
What will you need to succeed?
- Strong and demonstrated team leadership capabilities
- Ability to pivot quickly in a very fast paced environment
- Expert understanding of complex Life & Health products, processes and legacy systems
- Working knowledge of RBC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Post secondary education
- 5+ years at a senior level of progressive complex subject matter operations experience
- Proven decision making, analytical and problem solving skills

Job Summary You will oversee a team that provides day-to-day oversight of Supplier service delivery, Service Level achievement and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Act as the liaison between Supplier, other related 3rd party suppliers and internal RBCI partners. Handle escalated issues from clients, advisors, suppliers including breaches of SLAs, process, compliance, regulatory or legal requirements. Also provide direction and support within the Request for Change (RFC) process.
