A day in the life:

The Manager, Product Management will create digital strategy & innovation to deliver experiences which will drive the top measures of success for the People & Culture team and the company. This will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization and final products go/no-go for all P&C products. The role will also:

  • Deliver a vision, strategy, and integrated roadmap for the P&C Product Management team. Area of focus is launching and optimizing new top priority product experiences in partnership with cross functional leaders.
  • Manage and develop a team of 4-5 P&C Product Managers, supporting them in their work and developing them into high performance digital product leaders within lululemon
  • Manage the day to day, on the ground digital operational model, observes what is working and what isn’t, makes recommendations to optimize and takes prompt action.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners as a key to prioritization and success in this role – partners including People & Culture teams, Technology, Retail, GEC, DC, Digital, User Experience,
  • Manage the day to day operational model and new product-central agile framework and optimize as needed to help ensure the cross functional team an efficient, well oiled machine.
  • Oversee performance and reporting of products and manage team to driving aligned-upon results
  • Lead presentations, discussions and workshops to enroll stakeholders or/ and build consensus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education
  • Product Management Certification
  • Scrum Alliance Certification
  • 5+ years of Product Management
  • 2+ years of coaching or managing Product Managers
