As the Associate, Influencer Community Management, you will support in identifying, recruiting, and engaging a portfolio of influencers that drive awareness and acquisition globally. THE ROLE

As the Associate, Influencer Community Management, you will:

• Determine and select the network of advocates we want to work with based on their alignment with Aritzia, our exclusive brands, and campaigns
• Strategically allocate product and ensure successful delivery
• Cultivate relationships and develop advocacy to drive influencer objectives
• Maximize coverage by integrating content in our Marketing communications
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting and insights

The Associate, Influencer Community Management:

• Understands, applies, and champions Aritzia’s business leadership principles and people leadership principles consistently
• Seamlessly manages and leads the day-to-day operation of the department and works effectively with cross-functional departments in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Possesses strong business acumen and knows how to make sound business decisions, leveraging an understanding of what drives our business results – both top line sales and bottom-line profitability
