THE OPPORTUNITY

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the Aritzia Leadership Team who provides the strategic vision for Aritzia’s brand. As the leader of the Marketing Sub-Division, you will build, lead, and inspire the team responsible for delivering a cohesive experience that drives customer acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation across our online and offline channels. You will oversee all people, process, and technology in Marketing, while delivering on both short and long term priorities and goals. You will play a pivotal role in developing, operationalizing, and executing a marketing strategy that advances brand recognition and sales growth, and supports Aritzia’s corporate objectives. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will mentor, coach, and train the leaders within Marketing to support their high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the team to:

• Define and protect the Aritzia brands
• Drive the promotion of the Aritzia brands
• Deliver marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation
• Develop inspiring, world-class creative for Aritzia and our exclusive brands
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
