Job description: We are thrilled to be working with a well-established conglomerate looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Marketing Executive to work within their Retail division. Working within a small marketing team, this role requires an individual with a creative mind who can and will contribute ideas as they will have a large influence on product marketing.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspect of developing, planning and delivering marketing campaigns in line with budgets and agreed timeframes; arranged by the Head of Marketing.
• Establish and manage positive relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally).
• Manage and co-ordinate the production of all marketing collateral which includes online, offline, and social media assets using internal platforms as well as external agencies.
• Manage all campaign production involving preparing initial marketing briefs, obtaining final sign off, preparing internal communications and co-ordinating campaign distribution.
• Co-ordinate the integration of all existing marketing collateral onto marketing media platforms and asset libraries.
• Develop and maintain marketing & campaign toolkits, creating appropriate marketing and campaign asset libraries as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Minimum two years marketing experience with exposure to offline and online marketing strategies.
• Be an effective communicator and able-relationship builder.
• Be driven and determined, ready to make this role their own and become a valuable part of the team.
• Have the ability to develop and deliver marketing plans to support the strategic aims of the business.
• Have a successful proven track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns.

This role would suit a seasoned Marketing Executive with 360 exposure to online and offline marketing or perhaps an experienced Marketing Officer, Marketing Cooordinator, Marketing Assistant ready for a step up in responsibility.

This particular location is commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Rugby, Stratford-Upon-Avon, , Birmingham, Solihull and Redditch.

Operating on a hybrid working pattern, the role holder will need to travel into the company offices 2 days a week with the rest remote. The salary is posted at £27k-£30k dependent on experience.
