You will also participate in the sustainability of the technological park, notably by administering the servers. …

Your role consists of analyzing and participating in the diagnosis of problems or situations related to the field. You provide advice in accordance with the rules of the discipline. In a consulting model, you participate in the development of recommendations and appropriate implementation plans. You develop tools and automatisms, work methods, and processes and contribute to the development of skills related to the field of activity. The nature of the files and projects requires a comprehensive knowledge of technology infrastructure and Middle Ware.

You bring ideas to the table. You contribute to problem-solving through analysis and your global knowledge of the business domain. You use your ability to manage complexity. You will interact with stakeholders in complementary fields of activity.

You will provide professional support in technology infrastructure and middleware expertise to your unit, dedicated customers, and partners.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Evolve within the IT Infrastructure Squads that form the core of the *Windows software practice within Desjardins Group – Evolution, Proactivity – in order to meet the stability, innovation, and productivity objectives of the group
Participate in the Evolution of the Domain
Act as a consultant and expert in IT infrastructure for our various clients and partners in a multidisciplinary team
Collaborate and take charge of and resolve problems and incidents
Participate and collaborate in production releases
Create, maintain and enrich the documentation
Propose and participate in security practices
Design and participate in solutions that embody the ‘Infrastructure as Code’ philosophy
Design and adopt automation in a vision of continuous delivery
Propose and participate in the development of innovative solutions

SKILLS
Windows Server 2016 – 2019 expertise
Microsoft IIS, .Net core, Sharepoint, CRM, SSRS, etc. middleware expertise
Middleware expertise such as IBM MQ, Java runtime, Apache, JBoss, etc.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (Sharepoint)
Expertise in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Microsoft Security
Knowledge of Powershell/DSC
Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Git
Demonstrate leadership skills
Open-minded to new ways of doing things
Team player
Attention to detail
