What will you do in this job?

• Provides exceptional service to Mount Royal Hotel guests at the rooftop patio
• Work with hotel staff to personalize the guest experience
• Encouraging guests to refresh and relax in Canada’s most famous national park
• Act as an ambassador for Pursuit, as well as the surrounding area in Banff National Park, to fully enhance the experience of all guests staying at our Banff hotels
• Communicate with other departments
• Respond to guest concerns and complaints
• Monitor inventory of towels and bar, restock as needed
• Prepare and serve drink orders for guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the rooftop patio

What will your work environment be like?

• This is a part time position, shifted twice a week from 4pm to 10pm
• Beautiful. You’ll work in iconic, unforgettable and inspiring locations. You’ll see amazing scenery and wildlife. You’ll participate in team events – and fun!
• Independent. You’ll spend your days in and around national parks.
• Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways and smog. Connect with friends around a bonfire instead of through WiFi
• Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
