As a Non-Complex Health Care Management Specialist, you will contribute to the processing of work absence claims, occupational health promotion and disability management. You play a vital role in processing claims. You will evaluate disability claims that meet the criteria for non-complex claims based on specific criteria related to the different diagnoses and expected durations.
You will act in daily support to Complex Health Care Management Specialists. Finally, you will follow up with various disability benefit agencies (Canada Pension Plan, WorkSafe BC, and Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) as part of the management of ongoing files. As you work in a team, a high level of autonomy is sought, you must be able to evaluate your tasks and prioritize them well and respect the turnaround time.

Manage non-complex claims
Communicate with the various parties in the management of the file (Policyholders and insured)
Follow-up of ongoing claims
Process of claims supported by other service organizations (CPP, WSBC, ICBC)

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
