Job title: Office Administration
Job description: Our client in Woodstock ON, an insulation provider, is looking for a temporary Office Administrator/Scheduler
This position is a 6-month contract assignment.
This position will primarily focus on scheduling, but will cover a variety of administration functions including the following:
Entering quotes
Closing sales
Material & labour costing
Scheduling appointments
Customer inquiries & follow ups
Qualifications:
Previous administrative/office experience, preferably in a construction environment
Experience with scheduling appointments, dispatching or logistics
Experience with SAP
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous customer service experience
Good decision making and problem-solving skills
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Wage: $23.00 per hour
