Job description: Mandatory requirements:

Certified in a Change Management methodology- preferably Prosci Other Evaluated Qualifications:

Must demonstrate ability to work independently

Are subject to a Manitoba Hydro PRA (Personnel Risk Assessment)

Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Able to work effectively at all levels in the enterprise

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Work habits and skills to meet the productivity and quality requirements of a high-performance team.

Facilitation skills, especially with a large multi-disciplinary group

Experience with Process Management and Business Process Management theory and practice.

Project Management theory and practice
