Based in St. Bruno, Quebec in this role you will be supporting the Managing Director of the Rolling Stock and Components Platform for the coordination and the delivery of effective and efficient business projects to help the organization change and grow. You will act as designated key resource to help achieve better quality, consistency and oversight of programs across the company.
In this role you will:
- Perform management – KPI dashboard, governance calendar, objective setting, and flow down;
- Integrate and connect with regional and global organization. Ensure timely and efficient transfer of information;
- Be the first level escalation for prioritization and conflict resolution;
- Be the focal point for consolidation on integrated communications;
- Be the point of contact with Operational Performance and Transformation regional organization;
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce overhead and increase agility;
- Work with transversal organizations to simplify governance.
As our ideal candidate:
- You have more than five (5) years of Business Strategy implementation/ Procurement Processes or relevant business experience;
- You own great leadership skills to move change through the organization;
- You have Project Management and People managemet skills;
- You own strong negotiation and conflict management skills;
- You have excellent communications skills in English and French.
