Job description:

• Prepare the necessary ingredients for the meals
• Set up the work and service stations in anticipation of various neeeds
• Prepare, cool and season dishes according to established norms and standards set by the Chef
• Build the plates according to the established standards

• D.E.P. (Diploma of Vocational Studies) – Essential
