RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide financial planning support to R. Sales & Associates Private Wealth Management
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities within our existing client base
  • Prepare presentations and concept pieces for use in implementing financial planning strategies.
  • Develop new client relationships from external sources and support introductions generated from centers of influence and current client referrals
  • Meet directly with prospective clients as well as follow up with existing clients to execute strategic concepts and further the client relationship; and
  • Review client accounts, execute trade orders, maintain account lists, track client documentation, and explain product, services and strategies to clients directly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of financial service experience
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management experience
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Conquest, or Financial Planning software
  • Professional designations are an asset
