This federal state-owned company in infrastructure management in Greater Montreal is currently in the process of hiring for their IT department. The role to be filled is that of procurement, administration technician. To qualify, you must be very discreet and have a thoughtful and calm attitude. Ready to join this Longueuil team?

Under the authority of the IT Director, your role will be to:
– Support IT department with administrative activities (scanning, procurement, purchasing, inventories, etc.).
– Open accounts payable in SAP.
– Contact suppliers – RFQ, solicitation and analysis.
– Complete forms (opening, change notices, endorsements, etc.).
– Conduct annual follow-ups with suppliers (e.g.: SOC).
– Work with the IT Security Specialist on contract amendments.
– Participate in annual budget management and supplier evaluation.
– Scan documents, file administrative documents, track loans, code, write purchase requisitions, etc.
– Prepare inventory reports (IT contracts, software, cloud-based services, IT equipment).
– Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:
– DVS in Secretariat or DCS in Office Automation/Administration.
– Proficiency with MS Office (advanced level of Excel and Word).
– Excellent knowledge of SAP.
– At least 2 years of experience in procurement and administration.
– Bilingual, spoken and written // excellent drafting abilities in both official languages.
– Experience in an IT department – an asset.

Salary: $51,863.81 to $62,486.51 per year (according to experience)
