Job description:

Working with the Owner and Consultant team to finalize key design elements and construction plans

Ensuring that the project tracks as per schedule and budget

Leading on the tendering process and award of contracts

Production of regular progress and cost reports

Maintaining regular communication and positive working relationships with the Site-based team and other project stakeholders

The successful Project Manager will have:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant construction discipline (or significant GTA mid/high rise experience)

Experience managing full cycle construction projects in a CM / GC

Sound knowledge of different construction techniques and materials – inclusive of concrete / core-slab

Highly numerate and analytic

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A Toronto-based Construction Management firm specializing within the mid/high rise boutique condo market.

As they begin their next mid rise project, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee the project from start-to-finish.

This firm is well established within the GTA market and has a diverse portfolio of previous projects in addition to a significant amount of work in the pipeline beginning over the next few years.

A competitive salary of c.110-140k (in line with experience) in addition to other benefits / bonus.
