Job description
We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator & Administration to support our growth in the Ontario market. In this important role, the candidate will ensure that our quality systems and policies are understood and applied on a daily basis. You will have to work closely with the company’s management to analyze non-conformances and use them to improve all our processes with them. You will also be given some administrative tasks that will allow you to fully understand the inner workings of our processes.
The candidate will report directly to the Quality & Continuous Improvement Supervisor and work closely with our customer service team and administration department. He/she will represent Everest in providing reliable, quality service to our customers and monitor the results.

- Validate the compliance of our process execution
- Analyze non-conformances and initiate corrective actions (CA).
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Identify performance measures and actions needed to improve our processes
- Identify and resolve issues, conduct internal and external audits for Ontario
- Manage various quality reporting records and other quality documents
- Support customer service and administration through data entry, verification, validation, etc.
- Participate in the training new employees
- Communicate his/her accomplishments with his/her supervisor in the form of a short daily written report
- Other duties related to the position
Qualifications:
- Degree or certificate in quality assurance or business administration or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to identify issues and implement creative and strategic solutions to overcome problems
- Knowledge of ISO 9000-2015 and N299 standards an asset
- Excellent communication skills, oral & written
- Good user of the Office suite
- Results-oriented and able to manage a variable workload
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Experience and desire to serve customers
