Job description: Our client is the #1 leader with the largest market share in Canada within their space. They offer a suite of Med-Tech solutions to over 2000 doctors coast to coast and have seen consecutive YOY growth of 40-50% since inception. In 2020, they caught the attention of one of the largest healthcare providers in North America who acquired them as one of their newest business units and as a result they are now looking to grow their sales team across Canada.
About the role: Regional Sales Executive, GTA
- This is a home-based opportunity that will offer a high level of flexibility and autonomy
- Responsible for driving revenue and growing market share within their hospital division, with a focus on securing new partnerships
- Build and leverage relationships with doctors and deliver sales presentations both in person and virtually
- Identify and secure new clients via outbound prospecting efforts as well as handling inbound calls and leads generated through marketing efforts
Key Requirements for Consideration
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a client facing sales environment with a demonstrated track record of quota attainment
- Previous experience selling into hospitals or doctors would be considered an asset
- Self-starter and ability to strategically develop a greenfield market – must be a hunter
- Polished and strong business acumen
- Ability to travel to the US without restrictions (post COVID)
- Must reside in the GTA and have a vehicle with a valid drivers license
Compensation
- Base Salary + uncapped monthly commission
- Total income $120K-$130K year 1
- Monthly vehicle allowance + mileage and travel reimbursement
- Valid Drivers license
