Job description: We’re looking for an energetic and dynamic casual Restaurant Supervisor for our restaurant: Oxbow with a passion for not only food and beverage but for service.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Part time
- Schedule: Must be available to work Friday – Sunday.
- Wage: Starting at $18/hour

- Enjoys the excitement and pace of the restaurant business and loves that every day is different
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage scene with an understanding of cocktail culture
- Is an ambassador and is able to deal with a demanding, articulate customer base
- Will be hands-on with a “can do” attitude as this is an “on the floor” position
- Is flexible and prepared to extend work hours dependent upon business and team needs.
- Knows how to lead and monitor, train, develop and organize staff efficiently and thoughtfully
- Is sales orientated with the savvy to bring in new customers and keep regulars coming back
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 years experience in a management capacity in a medium/high volume operation
- Must have previous Restaurant Management experience
- Must be available to work Friday – Sunday.
