Job title: Sales Administration Coordinator
Job description: Role& Responsibilities
- Assist and support Sales Administrator with all administrative tasks including but not limited to project launches, completions, outside realtor commissions, assignments, reports, and homeowner/realtor communications
- Manage and be intimately familiar with the Administration work flows, processes and objectives
- Review site contracts and ensure they are complete and without error and omission
- Ensure contracts and all sales documents are updated and filed properly
- Assist with Amendment delivery, management and tracking as needed
- Manage deposit receipts, updates to CRM databases and SharePoint platforms, along with coordination and distribution to legal parties
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Assist with homeowner orientation and key possession appointment
- Coordinate and review MLS documents
- Provide professional service to homeowners and realtors
- Provide administrative support to on-site sales team, Marketing, and Development
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous multifamily residential project sales experience
- A self-starter who can solve problems independently
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities in order to meet multiple project deadlines
- Post-Secondary Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely proficient in ability to multitask
- A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities in order to achieve overall team objectives
Assets
- Real Estate Related Education
- Thorough understanding of contracts, disclosure statements, addenda, amendment, and MLS
- Proficient with MS Office software
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Avesdo
