About the Role: Sales Operations Manager (Remote)

  • Oversee and maintain our diverse and growing suite of sales and marketing technologies with an emphasis on Salesforce
  • Operationalize our technologies and ensure integration of our platforms
  • Run reports, create dashboards, add rules and policies, to help our management team run data-driven sales operations across our direct sales and channel partners
  • Measure sales effectiveness and recommend modifications and new initiatives to improve sales, marketing, and channel efficiencies
  • Work in tandem with marketing and sales to drive consistent usage and gamification of our platforms

About You:

  • Are a certified Salesforce Administrator with 4+ years of overall hands-on Salesforce experience, as well as other sales and marketing enablement platforms such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Pardot, or Hubspot.
  • Are a data-driven and process-oriented professional
  • Bring a track record of success of successfully integrating and managing sales and marketing enablement platforms
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and face unique obstacles with positivity and integrity
  • Are committed to both professional development and business growth in a rapidly expanding market
