What will you do?
Content management: you will be managing content across our secure member and public sites to ensure we communicate to our clients in a visually compelling, clear and consistent way
Web development: you will be creating and maintaining sites using a Content Management System, leveraging your knowledge of HTML and CSS
Accessibility: you are knowledgeable about AODA compliance standards and will apply them to your day-to-day tasks
Analytics: you will be gathering insights and using them to assess items such as channel/site traffic and usage, publishing requests, etc.
Managing digital campaigns: you will work alongside highly skilled teams of marketers on campaigns and projects from design to delivery. These deliverables will be used to increase the effectiveness and utilization of our traditional web channels, and new channels such as mobile
Collaboration: you will be facilitating requests from multiple departments to ensure processes and workflows run smoothly in order to deliver on time
What do you need to succeed?
2+ years of digital marketing experience
Results-oriented project management skills; well organized, with a high attention to details
Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management System experience
Knowledge of HTML, CSS web design coding languages and skills
Knowledge of accessibility standards
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge and skills
Ability to multi-task multiple high priority items
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication skills
University, or College degree, in a business discipline or computer science

Experience within the financial services/insurance industry
Bilingualism (French)
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Axure, Sketch, InVision
Experience prototyping in Axure
Photoshop/design skills

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
