Your future role will be to
- Provide leadership to the teams responsible for accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable and credit risk management, and accounts receivable collection
- Lead, review and monitor the monthly preparation of the consolidated financial statements, the annual budget process, and the annual audit of the consolidated financial statements
- Define team objectives, make recommendations, and implement action plans in line with Premier Tech’s growth orientations and strategic plan
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement and optimization projects linked to accounting management tools, as well as operations related to accounts payable processing and accounts receivable follow-up in an efficient manner
- Provide leadership in the development and deployment of administrative and accounting governance
- Work in close collaboration with the Administration and Finance teams of our various international business groups
Required skills
- 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative management
- CPA designation – an asset
- Mobilizing leadership
- Experience in multi-team management
- Excellent planning and priority management skills
- Business acumen, strategic thinking and agility
- Excellent communication skills in English and French – both spoken and written
