Job title: Strata Administration/Forms

Job description: Leonis Management is a long established Surrey property management firm, specializing in residential Strata Corporation Management and is seeking an individual who has strata administrative experience including typing of correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, administering emails and general administrative duties and well as forms required for conveyances, etc.

The successful applicant will work in a supportive team environment, so ability to work well and communicate with others is a must. To start, this position will be for a six month period, however, may lead to a full time permanent administrative position at the end of the period for the right candidate.

Summary of Responsibilities:

– Assist Strata Property Agents with typing of correspondence, meeting minutes, notices, agendas, etc.;

– General filing;

– Some switchboard relief as required;

– Inputting general information into computer system regarding changes of owners, bylaw changes, rental status changes, etc.

– Co-ordinate and communicate with law firms, notary firms and realtors, as required in the preparation of forms required for sales or information through EHUB and our company website;

– Preparing welcome letter packages to new owners;

– Inputting general information into computer system regarding changes of owners, bylaw changes, rental status changes, etc.

Required Skill Set and Experience:

– Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills;

– Excellent time management and organizational skills;

– Detail oriented;

– Strong keyboard skills;

– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;

– Knowledge of Yardi Systems an asset;

– Knowledge and experience in strata administration an asset;

– Previous legal experience an asset;

– The successful candidate will be well grounded, highly motivated and able to function under a supportive team environment.
