Position and Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to all site departments, including organizing data relating to flights, payroll, personnel, quality and site tours and other duties and projects as assigned.
The successful candidate will work a term of approximately four months (May to August). You will work a rotational schedule commuting to the site by aircraft.

Education and Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a business diploma or degree program. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and a proficient typing speed is required. You must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco.
Cigar Lake and Rabbit Lake summer student positions are designated for Athabasca Residents in accordance with the Ya’Thi Néné collaboration agreement.
Interviews will take place in February/March 2022. Students will be notified if they are selected for an interview.

Safety-Sensitive Site
Safety is a top priority at Cameco. Successful candidates for all positions that will involve work at Safety-Sensitive Sites or in Safety-Sensitive Positions must take and pass a Substance Test, which includes marijuana, as a condition of employment. Marijuana remains in a user’s system for about 30 days, so applicants who recently used marijuana recreationally should not expect to pass a substance test.
