Job Summary As the Supervisor, Dealer Sales Administration you will be doing the following: Conduct oversight of the Dealer/Channel Sales Admin team to maintain individual and team objectives while developing the team’s personal growth opportunities. This will also require the candidate to train, coach and support any member of the team by assisting with tasks, troubleshooting non-standard operations scenarios and supervise the performance/objectives of the team. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the end-to-end processes and activities associated with fulfilling customer orders including order capture, order management, invoicing, returns, and rebates in accordance with organization policies. * Address and resolve escalated order processing deficiencies and support issues. * Communicate with other departments as needed. * Work closely with the team for any deals that require direction or task completion. * Reconciliation and settlement of promotions, rebates, and credits. * Liaise with finance and customers to resolve outstanding or aging items. * Implement work metrics to evaluate and drive work performance of assigned staff. * Monitor and reallocate team resources as needed in peak times. Qualifications * 3 years’ experience supervising a team of customer-facing employees in a sales driven customer service/supervisory role is required. * Previous experience in customer order fulfillment, knowledge of inventory and shipping departments is preferred. * Must be familiar with SAP/SD. * Must have intermediate to advances Excel skills. * Working knowledge of promotions/back-end rebate processing would be an asset. * Experience with CRM and Salesforce is an asset. * Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset. * Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
