Mission
As part of the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Sr. Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic analysis of Danone Canada’s Supply Chain and for coordinating capacity‑building projects that flow from this analysis. You will also be tasked with supporting teams across the company to identify and implement ways they can improve their methods and tools.
You will work closely with all Canadian Supply Chain departments and North American plants and co‑manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Interface with Supply Chain teams to understand Danone Canada’s business needs
- Collaborate to develop and implement the strategic plan for the logistics and production network
- Lead teams (Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Purchasing) to deliver these projects
- Be responsible for project risks, resources and planning
- Identify risks and develop solutions
- Provide project status updates and escalate issues for project review
- Manage communication with the Executive Committee regarding projects
- Participate in the preparation of business cases to justify key business projects
- Identify opportunities for optimization (tools, processes) and recommend improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience in consumer goods or in an advisory position regarding strategy and continuous improvement
- Analytical skills
- Solid understanding of income statement fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of SAP and industry‑standard WMSs
Managerial skills and attitude
