As a product administration support agent, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts.
You perform administrative, office and other tasks to help your unit achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the general standards, practices and guidelines in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.
You help process and analyze information and solve problems, tailoring your approach as needed. You also help develop and improve work methods and procedures.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Perform processing, analysis and monitoring activities according to the unit’s processes
Audit and ensure that data from various sources is compliant with established policies and standards
Help identify operational risks and find ways to continuously improve activities within the unit
Reply to and perform follow-up on requests for information, service and support from various stakeholders
Integrate, analyze, process and manage data in the appropriate system.
Other working conditions
Schedule : 14 hours per week based on normal working hours between 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Pm
Temporary work: scheduled to end on January 31, 2023
In the event that the temporary position becomes regular, the successful candidate will then have the opportunity to obtain the position on a permanent basis

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
Independent speaker, upper intermediate knowledge of English (level 4)
