Join the Legal, Operations & Projects team at Innergex. You will report to the Archivist and work mainly on the corporation’s Document Management Reorganization Project in order to implement an Integrated Document Management system, as well as on improvements to all information management processes. Your interest for document management, your acute sense of organization, your autonomy, your rigor, and collaboration will make you the ideal candidate.
Your day-to-day!
- Implement directives and procedures related to document and archive management;
- Operate treatment and transfer of scanned and paper-based administrative archives;
- Participate in implementing the classification plan across the company;
- Flag any issue or questions stemming from internal clients;
- Promote best document management practices;
- Analyse the contents of folders, document typologies, validate the sorting structure, organize documents;
- Tag documents and ensure the daily update of databases;
- Provide training on the dedicated document management tools;
- Perform any other task related to document management.
Your skills, our requirements!
- Document Management diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in the use of the MS Office Suite;
- Knowledge of SharePoint, an asset;
- Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.

- The position is based at the company’s head office located in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
