Job description: Matrix is a national company providing camps, logistics and aviation management services to a diverse range of clients in the resource and service sectors, focusing on safety, transparency and cost effectiveness.

Job Description:

You will be working very closely with the Human Resources, Operations and Logistics to coordinate all travel, accommodations, and crew movements across North America. This is a very fast paced working environment with constant change, so the ideal candidate for this position is quick thinking, creative, and resourceful. You will be working with all departments within Matrix, throughout North America. This position is located in our Langley, BC office.

Requirements

• Experience with managing flight and hotel bookings, high-volume and quick turn-arounds
• Establish work schedules, procedures, and co-ordinate movement with jobsites
• Manage documentation and files related to travel requests
• Distribute travel-related emails to employees
• Manage all travel requests
• Provide ongoing support via email and phone
• Willingness to work extended hours during our busy season

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, level headed and able to think on your feet
• Quick leaner and confident with technology
• Dedicated, hardworking and the willingness to go the extra mile when needed
• Team player attitude
• Logistics and/or travel experience is mandatory
