Sundial Lighting is a growing company that would like to introduce a new role to our organization.

Administration/Bookkeeping Full-Time Position

The role will involve 2 days per week of bookkeeping and 3 days per week of other administrative tasks.

Successful Candidates will enjoy organizing and list tackling. You are detail oriented, love to learn, and willing to figure things out until you get it right. You communicate well both in written and verbal form. You dress the part for an office/retail environment. You have an interest in helping a business grow and learning along the way. You are comfortable using computers and have no fear of basic math.

Bookkeeping- this primarily includes organizing and keeping track of the monthly rhythm of bills and payments. Data entry into Quickbooks or other Business Management software. All to be completely trained on the job.

Administration tasks- perform tasks that assist the CEO and manager. This will include learning the softwares that we use in store to assist with keeping website pricing up to date, social media, errand running, payroll tabulation etc.

Experience with Quickbooks, Windward, Facebook, Google, Word, Instagram would all be an asset. Clear written email communication will be part of this job daily.

This job can be learned onsite.
